The focus of the course is to offer you a solid instruction in Qi Gong for you to be able to practice on your own in your everyday life.
Where and when do we teach ?
- In my NEW home, in Doi Suthep mountain, where I have a nice and very quiet garden, with plenty of fresh and unpolluted air ! The house is 50 m from Wat Ram Poeng, also known as Northern Insight Meditation Center. A very peaceful place.
- Morning sessions from 9.00 AM till 10.30 AM
- Evening sessions from 5.00 PM till 6.30 PM
- Meeting Point : At the entrance of Wat Ram Poeng, under the main sign (see picture above) at 8.30 AM. Just wear loose- fitting clothes (see basics), we provide pillows and mats.

These are private lessons, so I'm flexible about time and duration of the course (this can be done in 2, 3, 4 days or even a week, just tell me what is better for you).
Payment :
On Day 1 at the beginning of the course.
Directions :
Take a Tuk Tuk or a Song Thaeo (Red Car) (many in front of Tha Pae Gate) and ask to go to Wat Ram Poeng, the next temple after Wat Umong (the latter is very famous in Chiang Mai, and much easier to pronounce for us, farangs...).
More directions :
Located 4 km southwest of Chiang Mai, 1 km after Wat Umong.
